Product ordering process.
1. Choose the style we give you or write your personalization (text, design style, font and special instructions) under the personalization box on the listing. You can also send your design (high resolution .jpeg or .png) via Etsy message

2. After we receive your personalized design, we will send you a design mockup that can be modified according to your requirements, and we will produce it only after your confirmation.
3. After the design mockup is approved, we will produce and ship it within 3-5 business days (except weekends).
