How long does it take to receive my product?
Usually the production and shipping of our gift take up to 8 business days. Once shipped, it will deliver the US orders. Continental in 7-15 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

We provide Free Shipping over $49.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available only to US, AU, UK, CA and other 35+ countries address as of the moment. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at

Please note:
- If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.
- At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
- Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
